I recently got my hands on a Lava trisuit. At first, I was a bit worried about how the fabric felt since it’s different from my other trisuits—more on the synthetic side. I gave it a go during a 20km bike workout, and I really liked it. It’s super comfy and fits snugly, which is great for performance. There’s a little chafing in the armpit area, but I reckon that’s just part of having sleeves (all my previous trisuits were sleeveless), so a dab of vaseline should take care of that. The main reason I picked this up was because it’s getting chilly in the fall/winter for sleeveless options, and I’m pleased to say it keeps me warm while still being breathable, so it’s got a fantastic temperature balance. Couldn’t be happier with it. Can’t wait to try it out in my next competition.

The customer support is really impressive. They respond quickly to inquiries. The products are of good quality, though they can be a tad expensive unless there's a sale. If it weren't for that, I would’ve rated it a full 5 stars.

The zipper broke even though I chose the size that was right according to the site. I'm currently trying to return it, but I'm still waiting to find out if we should swap it for another one or maybe a larger size. Plus, the return process hasn't given me a shipping label, and I really don't think I should have to cover the return costs since it was a manufacturing problem.

The Z3 gear is top-notch and fits me just right. I had to use the warranty for a water bladder for my buoy, and the team sent a replacement without any fuss.

I definitely suggest checking out the Zone 3 jammers. They're a solidly crafted item that stands the test of time.

This trisuit is of TOP-NOTCH quality and totally justifies the price. I used to wear trisuits I picked up on Amazon that were around half the cost of this Zone3 one, and let me tell you, the difference in fabric quality, padding, leg grippers, and zippers is like comparing night to day. These suits are TRULY WORTH IT.

This suit is perfect for a variety of sports! It serves as a swimsuit, sports bra, bike padding, and running shorts that prevent chafing. Honestly, I prefer running in this over any typical running gear I’ve used.

These swim jammers are of really good quality. The design and fabric are top-notch. The fit around the thighs could use a little more tailoring, though. All in all, I’d definitely recommend them.

I bought a wetsuit from Zone3 and only used it once. After taking it off, I saw that the lettering was already peeling off. I reached out to customer service, and they requested a photo. I sent it over, but then I just got a link to swap the wetsuit. I told them this should be a return since I can't trust the brand anymore if it starts falling apart after just one use. Still no reply. I've tried contacting them several times for some clarity, but still nothing.

Kelsie was incredibly kind and supportive throughout my shopping experience. She took the time to break down the various fits for wetsuits (comfort and performance) and sent me a full photo brochure showcasing the insides and construction of the wetsuits I was considering (Aspire, Vanquish, and Thermal Aspire). I ended up buying one, but it felt a tad too snug in the arms for swimming—though it was still better than any other wetsuit I had tried. I realized I needed my arms completely free, so I opted not to keep it. I ended up forgetting about it in its box under the couch, but Kelsie made a special exception to the 30-day return policy, allowing me to send it back for a refund even though I was late. The quality and build were top-notch, and when I can swing it, I’ll definitely grab the Thermal Aspire. She really guided me through the whole process!

I've been really pleased with the support I've received, especially from Kelsie. She has been super quick to respond to my inquiries and offered some great tips to help with my order.

These work great for my granddaughter. She's 7 and really knows what she likes. She's having a blast with her second pair. A present from her GrandB. That's me!

Man, it took ages for the Aquaflo+ shorts to be available again. But once they were, you shipped 'em out fast, and browsing your site was a breeze.

Kelsie from Customer Service really knew her stuff and was super helpful. It's refreshing compared to HUUB, which is just the opposite, and I won't be buying from them again. Appreciate it a lot!!!
